Hukums.com relies on industry leading third party logistic companies as its courier service partners.
Hukums.com ships all heavy items using surface couriers, (3-7 days) while other light items are shipped by air (2-5 days) post-dispatch.
For locations not covered by our courier service providers, we use India Speed Post to deliver your orders.
Deliveries to remote locations may take up to 7 business days or more, depending on the location's geographical constraints.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged or Defective Item?
If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch with our Team via email at shreesaienterprises242@gmail.com or Call us on +91-7986076239 within 2 Days of receipt of the product. Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our courier partners. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged by us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service and we will return the courier cost.
How do I cancel an order?
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. You have to send email to shreesaienterprises242@gmail.com for cancellation request. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been shipped to you. Incase the order is canceled after the shipment, all courier charges incurred will be deducted from the order value.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 24-48 hours to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Hukums.com, we assure you that all products sold on Hukums.com are brand new and 100% genuine. In case, the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or 'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending on the case. Your return request will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Goods ordered incorrectly through customer error can be only returned, if agreed in advance with the customer service department: a re-stocking charge of 15% will apply.
Any items made to order are not returnable or cancellable at any circumstances
Goods supplied incorrectly by Hukums or goods delivered damaged in transit or faulty will be exchanged provided the customer service department is notified within 2 day receipt.
