At Hukums, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a refund or replacement in the following scenarios:

Returns/Refunds Would Be Applicable in the Following Scenarios:

  1. Wrong Item Sent
    If the model you receive differs from what is shown in the picture or if there is a discrepancy in the technical specifications, Hukums offers a full (no questions asked) replacement or refund, as requested by the customer.
    • This incident must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images and videos.
    • Note: For machines, tools, equipment, spares, or accessories, the color of the product might vary due to manufacturing upgrades.
  2. Item Damage
    If the product is damaged, Hukums offers a full (no questions asked) replacement or refund, as requested by the customer.
    • Damage must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product, with supporting photos and videos.
  3. Defective/Incomplete Product Received
    If you receive a defective product, Hukums offers a full refund, replacement, or availability of spare parts/missing pieces (if applicable), as requested by the customer.
    • Defects must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the product, along with supporting images and videos.

Note

For any concerns raised, the customer must provide an opening/unboxing video of the product when contacting our support team.

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Pre-dispatch Cancellation:
    Hukums offers a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the product is dispatched. However, for heavy shipments (above 10 kgs), cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Post-dispatch Cancellation:
    If cancellation requests are made after the product has been dispatched, a courier fee will be deducted for heavy shipments (above 10 kgs). However, if the assured delivery date is missed, Hukums will offer a full (no-questions asked) refund.

Refund Process

  1. Prepaid Orders:
    For prepaid orders, the refund will be processed through the payment gateway or any other online banking/electronic funds transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India. The refund will be credited to the same account from which the customer made the payment.
  2. EMI Transactions:
    In case of refunds for EMI transactions, please note that any interest already billed in a particular transaction is non-refundable under any circumstances. While there is no processing fee for availing the Hukums EMI option, the interest charged by the bank will not be refunded by Hukums.
  3. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    For COD orders, Hukums will initiate an NEFT bank transfer to the customer’s bank account.
    Customers must provide the following bank account details to process the refund:

    • Bank Name:
    • Account Number:
    • Account Holder’s Name:
    • IFSC Code:

    Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to reflect in your bank account.
