Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are processed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, so you can easily track the status of your order. Simply use the tracking number on the courier's website for real-time updates.
We deliver to most locations within India. However, there may be some remote areas or regions where delivery services are unavailable or delayed. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if payment has already been processed.
If you're unavailable to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver your order on the next business day. If the package is not successfully delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for further instructions, and additional charges may apply to re-ship the order.
We ensure that all products are securely packed for their journey to avoid any damage during transit. In case you receive a damaged package, please report it immediately so we can resolve the issue.
