This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through our website www.hukums.com. At Hukums, customer satisfaction, transparency, and trust are our priorities. We offer refunds, replacements, or repairs under the conditions below in compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, Government of India.
a. Wrong Item Sent
If the product received differs from the product page or order details, we will provide a full replacement or refund.
Report within 7 days of delivery with photos or video.
b. Damaged on Arrival
If the product is damaged during transit, we will replace or refund after verification.
Report within 7 days with clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging.
c. Defective or Incomplete Product
If the product is defective, faulty, or missing parts, we offer replacement, repair, or refund as applicable.
Report within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.

Before Dispatch:
Full refund for cancellations requested before dispatch. For heavy items (>10 kg), cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
After Dispatch:
Cancellation after dispatch may incur courier charges if the shipment is in transit.
If delivery is delayed beyond the guaranteed timeframe due to our error, a full refund will be issued.
Prepaid Orders:
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (card/UPI/wallet) within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
EMI Transactions:
Bank interest already charged is generally non-refundable. Refund of principal is processed; interest reversals depend on the bank.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
COD refunds are processed via bank transfer. Provide:
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page due to hygiene or safety reasons cannot be returned.
Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repair are not eligible for refund.
Replacement orders are processed within 2–5 business days after return pickup or issue verification.

We will escalate the issue to our grievance team and resolve disputes fairly under applicable Indian laws.
